Incorrect Details: Users are responsible for ensuring that all details entered (e.g., mobile number, bill details) are accurate before confirming the transaction. Qarah Pay Solutions Private Limited is not responsible for incorrect recharges or payments due to user error.
Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Duplicate Transactions: If the same transaction is performed twice and both succeed, only one payment will be refunded after verification with the service provider.
Refunds to Original Payment Method: All refunds are credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, bank account, UPI). Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Transactions: Any successful recharge or bill payment is final and non-refundable unless it falls under failed or duplicate transaction scenarios.
